Pork rolls with walnuts and prunes make trivial chops very unusual. The dish is very juicy and soft. This is a great appetizer that can be served hot or cold.
- Pork, 1 kg
- Prunes, 200 g
- Walnuts, 100 g
- Eggs, 1 or 2
- Bread-crumbs, as needed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying
Shell nuts and then chop them. Chop prunes too. Mix them with nuts.
Cut pork into 0,5 sm stripes and beat them. Lay out filling onto each stripe and roll it. Fix it with toothpick.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add salt and pepper.
Cover each roll into egg mixture and then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Fry each side for 15 minutes.
