Potato and Fish Pudding

Awesome Potato and Fish pudding! Crispy outside and tender inside, this dish will be to your liking, for sure! Whipped cream and spices add unusual piquant taste to the pudding.


  • Potatoes 5-6
  • Fish fillet, 500 g
  • Tomatoes, 2
  • Onion, 1 big
  • Greens
  • Whipped cream
  • Spices, to taste


Slice potatoes. Cut onions and tomatoes into rings. Cut fish into medium-sized pieces.

Slice cheese. Chop greens. Add salt, pepper and  some other spices for fish you’ve got at home to whipped cream.

Lay out potatoes, then onions and fish onto the baking-dish. Salt a bit and sprinkle with greens. Pour whipped cream on top. Then follows the layer of tomatoes covered with cream too.

The last layer is cheese. Cover the surface of all the dish by cheese slices.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200-220 C.
