I adore this recipe for one simple reason: they are soooo easy to make! To cook them you don’t need many ingredients but it doesn’t mean the taste is simple too. Believe me, they do have a great flavor and irresistible taste!
- Potatoes, 200 g
- Sour cream, 75 g
- Egg, 1
- Sunflower oil, 2 tbsp
- Flour, 25 g
- Spices, to taste
- Grate peeled potatoes on a small grater. Squeeze out the extra juice.
- Add sour cream, 1 egg, salt, and pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
- Add two tbsp oil, flour and mix again.
- Lay out portions of dough into waffle–iron and bake till waffles get crispy crust.
