Potato Waffles

I adore this recipe for one simple reason: they are soooo easy to make! To cook them you dont need many ingredients but it doesnt mean the taste is simple too. Believe me, they do have a great flavor and irresistible taste!


  • Potatoes, 200 g
  • Sour cream, 75 g
  • Egg, 1
  • Sunflower oil, 2 tbsp
  • Flour, 25 g
  • Spices, to taste


  1. Grate peeled potatoes on a small grater. Squeeze out the extra juice.
  2. Add sour cream, 1 egg, salt, and pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Add two tbsp oil, flour and mix again.
  4. Lay out portions of dough into waffleiron and bake till waffles get crispy crust.
