Pressed Chicken Philly

Make a fest for your stomach by cooking yummy chicken philly. In this recipe you can use regular cooked chicken breasts, or even deli meat. I opted for shredded rotisserie chicken.


  • 2 rotisserie chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 8 oz. white mushrooms, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 whole wheat wraps

For the cheese sauce:

  • 4 slices Provolone cheese, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour
  • 3/4 cup nonfat milk (I used soy)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • nutmeg, a few dashes
