Pumpkin Pancakes for Breakfast

Pumpkin is rich in so many vitamins and minerals that its benefits are hard to overestimate! And if you include it to your daily meals, it will help renew your organism and make you feel healthier.

Here is a simple recipe of pumpkin pancakes for breakfast.


  • Pumpkin, 400 g
  • Flour, 0, 75 cup
  • Sour milk, 0, 5 cup
  • Eggs, 2
  • Sugar, 4 tsp
  • Oil, as needed
  • Salt, to tatse


  1. Grate pumpkin on a small grater and put it into microwave oven for 5 minutes ( stir after 2 minutes of cooking)
  2. Meanwhile beat eggs, add sour cream and beat again with the help of mixer. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, flour and mix till it gets smooth.
  3. Now add grated pumpkin into the dough you’ve prepared. Mix well.
  4. Lay out pancakes with a spoon onto the frying-pan. Fry two sides till the pancakes are ready.
  5. Serve with sour cream.
