The recipe is quite easy and tastes great! So, most likely, you’ll add it to your favorites!
- Eggs, 4 large
- Milk, tbsp
- Slices of bacon, 4 thin
- Cheddar cheese, 50-70 g
- Greens, to taste
- Dried garlic
- Spices mixture
- Italian spices
- Tomatoes cherry, optional
Fry bacon slices till they turn golden and crispy.
Chop greens and grate cheese on a medium grater.
Cut fried bacon into stripes.
Beat in eggs with milk and pour this mixture into frying pan. Cover with a lid and let it get fried for 1 minute.
Lay out bacon stripes onto omelet. Then add greens and all the spices. Cover with a lid once again till it gets ready.
Now sprinkle omelet with grated cheese. Then fold it in two and sprinkle with the rest of greens and cheese.
Leave it under the lid for 2 more minutes for cheese to get melted (with no fire).
