Quick Khachapuri for Breakfast

This quick khachapuri recipe will be a good helper for any busy housewife. The recipe is very simple and you don’t need to be very skillful to cook them, according to this recipe!


  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 300 g suluguni cheese
  • 30 g butter


  1. Beat an egg in a bowl.
  2. Pour milk and beat everything well once more.
  3. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
  4. Grate 300 g suluguni. Add to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Oil a frying pan (use butter), pour the dough and fry each side until it gets light brown.
