Seafood salad is very tender and tasty. Besides, it’s very useful too. Those who love seafood should definitely try this light and rich in flavors salad.
Ingredients (4 portions):
- Pressed garlic, 2 tbsp
- One lemon juice
- Olive oil, 4 tbsp
- Chopped parsley, 2 tbsp
- Fish cocktail (boiled) – shrimps, mussels, squid rings, octopuses), 600 g
- Bell pepper, cut into stripes and fried, 1
- Olives, 12
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped, 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Put fish food into a salad bowl. Add bell pepper, olives and garlic seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Put into fridge for 30 minutes.
Before serving, mix salad again and sprinkle with basil.
