Seafood Salad

Seafood salad is very tender and tasty. Besides, it’s very useful too. Those who love seafood should definitely try this light and rich in flavors salad.

Ingredients (4 portions):

  • Pressed garlic, 2 tbsp
  • One lemon juice
  • Olive oil, 4 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley, 2 tbsp
  • Fish cocktail (boiled) – shrimps, mussels, squid rings, octopuses), 600 g
  • Bell pepper, cut into stripes and fried, 1
  • Olives, 12
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped, 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.

Put fish food into a salad bowl. Add bell pepper, olives and garlic seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Put into fridge for 30 minutes.

Before serving, mix salad again and sprinkle with basil.
