You will be impressed by easiness of this recipe and a great aroma of the dish. I promise, it’ll be one of your favourite snacks. If you’ve been dreaming of a tasty but quick appetiser then this recipe is exactly for you.
Yield: 4 Pieces
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 5 mins
- 4 sesame bagels lightly buttered
- 4 burger buns lightly buttered
- 2 cucumbers sliced
- 8 thin paneer (cottage cheese) slices
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp dill leaves
- 1/4 cup cream whipped
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt as needed (to your taste)
- ground pepper
To start with, cut a bagel into two (make horizontal cuts). Then place a large lettuce leaf on one half of the bread.
Now you need to spread a layer of sour cream on the lettuce.
After that top with several slices of cucumber. Then put two slices of paneer.
Sprinkle some dill leaves, add some salt and ground pepper. Having done this put the other half of the bagel on top.
You’ve got some extra (remaining) ingredients, so you can make three more sandwiches.
You may serve right away or keep in your lunch-box.
Enjoy your snack! And don’t forget to share with your friends 😉
