  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons ground saffron
  • 2 tablespoons ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup rose water (optional)
  • 1/2 cup slivered almond (optional)
  • Cinnamon $ coconut powder to garnish
