Skewers Recipe of Grilled Chicken and Vegetables

It is simple to prepare even for a beginner in cooking and takes not much time. You can do this nice recipe for BBQ party with the family or friends.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • Olive oil
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 tomatoes or a dozen cherry tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper (red or green, to taste)
  • skewers

Method:

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces of equal size. Put them to marinate for two hours in a bowl covered with a cloth with lemon juice, crushed garlic, a few sprigs of thyme and a good swig of olive oil. Once marinated, prick the chicken pieces on skewers. Cut all vegetables into pieces or slices according to their nature. Then stitch them on skewers.

Finally, light a fire barbecue that is strong enough. Place skewers vegetables and chicken on a grill. Turn skewers  regularly when cooking.
