This is a great smoothie for kids. It’s so easy to make and they can do it themselves. It’s also low calorie and low in sugar.
It takes about 5 mins and makes enough for about 4 servings.
- 2 Bananas medium
- 2 cups Blackberries
- 2 1/2 cups Kale
- 2 cups Water
Put all the ingredients into the blender and whizz up.
If you don’t have a high speed blender like Vitamix you will need to strain out the blackberry pits with a potato ricer.
