Slurple Purple Smoothie

This is a great smoothie for kids. Its so easy to make and they can do it themselves. Its also low calorie and low in sugar.

It takes about 5 mins and makes enough for about 4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas medium
  • 2 cups Blackberries
  • 2 1/2 cups Kale
  • 2 cups Water

Method:

Put all the ingredients into the blender and whizz up.

If you dont have a high speed blender like Vitamix you will need to strain out the blackberry pits with a potato ricer.
