- 1 Ripe banana
- 7-8 strawberries
- 1 cup low-fat plain or vanilla-flavored yogurt
- 7-8 ice cubes
- Few chopped strawberries for decoration
Place strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt and ice into a container and blend until it turns smooth.
