Sugar-free Cherry and Jasmine Tea Popsicles

If you belong to those people who like cooking popsicles, this very recipe of Sugar-free Cherry and Jasmine Tea Popsicles is a good choice. I often cook them myself but this time I wanted something that had no added sugar, relying on only the cherries for sweetness.

The jasmine tea perfumes the popsicles and lends a lovely floral sweetness. Absolutely divine!
I know popsicles tend to be considered “kid food” but these? I would serve these as a palate cleanser at a summer lunch with girlfriends!

Yield: 6 popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz frozen and pitted cherries
  • 1 cup chilled jasmine green tea
  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until thoroughly combined. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 8-10 hours.
