Cooking Swedish meatball sandwiches you don’t need a lot of ingredients and much time. They make a good appetizer for the whole family.
- 20 frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 (8oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can of milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
Place mushrooms, soup, milk, and pepper in a crock–pot. Give it a good stir to combine the ingredients. Next add meatballs and place block of cream cheese on top. Allow to cook 3–4 hours on low. The cream cheese will soften as it cooks. Once meatballs are cooked through and no longer frozen, give everything a quick stir and serve on rolls.
