Tableside Buttery Rosemary Rolls

The moment you open the oven the unforgettable pleasant aroma will drift in a trail throughout your house (and who knows, the rolls may attract even the passers-by outside :).

  • Bridgford ready-made Parkerhouse dough (or any other frozen dough)
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 stick, unsalted butter, melted
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt (DO NOT USE TABLE SALT!)

Generously grease a cast iron skillet.

Place frozen dough 2 inches apart in pan, cover with saran wrap or a kitchen towel and allow to rise for several hours. (In my house, this meant 3 1/2 hours)

Melt butter in the microwave and using a pastry brush, coat the rolls with it.

Sprinkle rosemary over the rolls and brush again with the butter.

Finally, sprinkle sea salt over the rolls before placing them in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or according to package instructions.

Once you pull them out of the oven….brush them again with butter  as you take them to the table!

They smelled soooo delicious! Oh Oh Oh! What a marvelous smell!!! I wish you all to taste them!

You’ll love them forever!
