You can easily cook this chicken paste for 10 minutes! You’ll be surprised how tender and soft this paste is!
- Chicken fillet (boiled), 300 g
- Chicken liver (boiled), 100 g
- Soft cheese (low-fat), 125g
- Garlic, 0,5 clove
- Lemon juice of ½ lemon
- Walnuts, to taste
For cooking this paste you’ll need a blender. Combine all the ingredients (except walnuts) in a blender and blend them well.
Now add walnuts but don’t blend too much this time. Make sure there are still small pieces left.
