The Softest Mashed Potatoes

You’ll probably think: “What can be easier than mashed potatoes?” It’s so simple to cook. But the thing is not just to cook but make it tasty. Our recipe of mashed potatoes is just like that. Try it, and you’ll see that it’s really tender and soft.


  • Potatoes, 1,8 kg
  • Butter, 110 g
  • Cream cheese, 225 g
  • Sour cream, 225 g
  • Salt, 1,25 tsp
  • Paprika


  1. Peel potatoes, boil and mash.
  2. Preheat oven to 160 C.
  3. Add melted butter cheese, sour cream and salt to hot puree. Mix well.
  4. Put it into the baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Cover the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
