Turkey Meatballs

Turkey Meatballs are so easy to thaw out for a quick lunch or even snack and they are familyapproved as well!

I have been making double batches of these meatballs for a little while now and throwing them into the freezer.


  • 1 large package of ground turkey (26 oz.)
  • 1 medium zucchini, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 8 grape tomatoes, chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 T dried oregano


Preheat oven to 375degrees. Place all ingredients into large bowl.Mix it all up with your hands until well blended.

Form into 10 meatballs, a little smaller than a tennis ball. They will mound out of your muffin pan like a, well, muffin.

Put into a greased muffin tin. Bake for 60 minutes.
