This Fruity Pie is a good choice for any holiday!
If you want a pie crust that is quick to make, you can use graham crackers and mix it with melted butter. You can replace the fruits here with that you desired, perhaps replace bananas with mangoes or tangerines.
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup bananas; sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries; halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup lemonade ale
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Press firmly mixture on to bottom and side of pie dish. Bake for about 10 minutes until the crust has turned brown. Allow to cool. Now, fill crust with all the fruits.
To prepare the glaze, boil lemonade ale and cornstarch until thick. Allow to cool and pour over fruits. Serve with Cool Whip if desired.
