Wonderful Cake with Carrots

Today all US restaurants have a carrot cake on their card.

The recipe of carrot cake is surely one of my favorite desserts because it is really tasty and covered with a cream cheese frosting.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 2530 minutes

Makes: 6 servings

Ingredients:

The first layer:

  • 1.5 cup almond flour
  • 1.5 cup buckwheat flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamon
  • 0.5 teaspoons ginger
  • 1 small pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 4 chopped carrots
  • 1.5 cup of coconut oil

The second layer:

  • 200 g Philadelphia cheese
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 4 teaspoons saccharin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • A few drops of lemon juice
