Zippy Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is perhaps the most unusual you’ve ever tried! You can vary the amount of Arugula depending on how peppery you want the smoothie to bea little will be 6 leavesa lot would be a handful of leaves. Start with the smaller amountyou can always add more.

  • 1/2 cup cornflakes
  • 1 cup skimmed milk
  • 6 arugula leaves
  • 1 stalk of celery2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 10 red grapes (seedless)


Chop up the apple. Skin the banana. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth

You can garnish the smoothie with grapes and a single arugula leaf (unless you’re feeling dangerous)
